Introducing Balanced Bodies Massage:Balanced Bodies have been treating soft tissue injury and pain for almost 10 years. We utilise the professional services of 'Myotherapy Solutions' to ensure that you get the best possible treatment. We can effectively relieve pain caused by common conditions such as headache, tennis elbow, sciatica, sprains and strains.
What is Myotherapy?
Myotherapy is the specialised treatment of soft tissue (muscle, tendon, ligament and fascia). Myotherapists are multi skilled and may utilise massage, hot/cold therapy, dry needling and corrective exercises. Myotherapists have completed three years of higher education, which focuses purely on the assessment and treatment of soft tissue.
Due to the skills and expertise of our Myotherapists, we are confident that you will experience real benefits from our sessions at your workplace. If further treatment is required, you can see the same therapist at our Myotherapy clinic in South Melbourne.
Massage At Work:
Balanced Bodies can arrange for large or small groups. Sessions for individuals are available on request. Balanced Bodies' corporate massage can be combined with any of our other services to create the ultimate reward for a team; or for a truly 'Balanced Body'.
Seated massage is a popular choice in the corporate environment. Our myotherapists can relieve stress and pain in the neck and shoulder region - including headaches. When there is sufficient space or a spare office, we can provide portable massage tables and perform a wider variety of treatments.
What do you need?
Nothing! We can treat you at your workstation. If you have space available, we will be able to bring in massage tables. We prefer you to have at least 3 people interested in receiving a treatment before booking, however do cater for individual sessions.
Special Circumstances?
Balanced Bodies Myotherapists are skilled practitioners capable of assessing your symptoms and performing a treatment - or referring you onto the most appropriate practitioner. You should privately make your therapist aware of any issues such as pregnancy, breaks, operations or surgery, medication and blood/skin related conditions.
